This documentary was filmed, edited, and created by Dan & Cathy McLaughlin. Having worked in the North Carolina Wine and Grape industry for several years, they were asked to attend a Wake Forest University Dean's Forum about the Muscadine Grape. It was there that they heard about the research and met with various doctors that have worked on different aspects of the research for almost 20 years.
